Circle+Bloom PCOS for Fertility Review

Circle + Bloom PCOS for Fertility review For the past few weeks, I’ve been following a new routine at bedtime: I shut down my computer, take my medications, and then hop into bed with an eye mask and headphones. No, this process isn’t to help me tune out the sound of Ben’s snoring (although it does help).

Thanks to the wonderful people at Circle+Bloom, I’ve been incorporating meditation every day as part of general lifestyle changes to beat pcos and have a happy, successful pregnancy.

I’m following the PCOS for Fertility program, which is a guided visualization that helps your brain and body communicate better.

Here’s what Circle+Bloom says about the benefits of guided visualization:

What is guided visualization? Sounds difficult? We’ve made it as easy as 1-2-3. Our brains and bodies are constantly talking to each other. Our cells respond to stimuli that are brought to us by our senses. Emotions and “body memory” are held in various areas of the body that can negatively affect the natural balance our body should possess. It has been shown that our bodies don’t know the difference between what we are imaging and what we are physically seeing with our two eyes. And so when we simply imagine certain things happening within our body, our bodies follow suit. What the brain sees, the body can accomplish.

The program has day-by-day tracks to listen to during your cycle, as well as bonus general health for pcos visualizations for energy, weight loss, insulin-resistance, and more.

While I’m sad to say I have no pregnancy announcement from using the program so far, I really love the tracks and plan on using the system every cycle till I get a BFP.  I can tell you that I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my stress level and I’m sleeping so much better. To be totally honest, after using the program for a week, I started falling asleep halfway through the visualizations! Here’s hoping my brain still picks up on everything while I’m snoozing, right?

You know what less stress and more sleep does? It makes you a MUCH happier person to be around.

Circle+Bloom offers an entire line of fertility programs that cover all areas of conception: Natural Cycle, IVF/IUI, PCOS, Frozen Embryo Transfer, Egg Donation, and Egg + Embryo Donation. Tracks for pregnancy, delivery, energy, sleep, and general health are also available. Not sure meditation is right for you? All of the programs come with a 100% money-back guarantee. Plus, the staff at Circle+Bloom are so nice and will help answer any questions you might have.

Have you ever tried meditation? What works for you?

  1. I use it when I am feeling really stressed out and it does help to keep away the inevitable migraine that I get when stress wins!

  2. That sounds incredibly interesting! I personally have not done any type of meditation, but I know many people who do it in the morning to get their day started! I probably should do it more often though! Please keep us posted on how it works for you!

  3. I used meditation for both Madilyn and Grady’s births. It was amazing. I used Lamaze with Styles and wanted to kill someone. Visualizing your entire body and your uterus relaxing while birthing is so calming and wonderful. I tell EVERYONE who is having a baby about HyphoBirthing and how wonderful it is. I used to visualize when I was a competitive dancer and it was a very strong tool in the success of our team. I HIGHLY believe in meditation/visualization having a large impact on our bodies.

  4. I heard of Circle + Bloom a few years ago, but was already pregnant. Now that we are TTC again, I have considered looking into them to make the process less stressful. Meditation works in my daily life, but when it comes to TTC/Pregnancy… I’m overstressed. I should really give them a shot!

I do not meditate, although I should probably try it.

    Good luck to you.

  6. This reminds me of my dad. He used to have hypnosis recordings WAY back when to help him be a better bowler (seriously)… this had to be in the 1960′s.

  7. I am intrigued for sure. I am sure that something like this would help me especially when the “negative Nancy” side of me starts to take over (which is a lot lately). I will have to look into this some more! Thanks so much for sharing!
